Meet Kristin
Kristin Roeper is a retired member of the firm's Corporate practice in the Milwaukee office. Kristin's practice concentrated on commercial loans and other commercial financing transactions representing both lenders and borrowers. In addition to conventional loan transactions, Kristin’s experience included substantial experience in asset-based transactions, loan workouts and dealer finanacing. Kristin also had experience in the bankruptcy and creditors’ rights area, including work in the context of both formal bankruptcy proceedings and informal workouts, where she has represented both debtors and creditors.
